We booked a quiet and immaculate room with the garden and a nicely done bathroom and views to the garden. The decor here was nice. Location: the hotel was really close to restaurants and city center.

Esther, the host, is incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The location is fantastic, only a short walk away from the city center and the cathedral. Despite being surrounded by bars and restaurants, the room was quiet and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing great service including a much-needed umbrella during the rain. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed and extra bedding available. The small back garden added a sense of safety and homeliness. a super enjoyable stay!

Staying at this charming rustic property was like stepping back in time. The bright rooms, with their hardwood floors and cozy atmosphere, made me feel like I was in a quaint countryside cottage. The 24-hour front desk was always there to assist me, making me feel like a VIP guest.

it was as expected, had an excellent stay during the weekend. the hotel staff was outstandingly accommodating, they all greeted us.

The bright rooms at Pension Con Encanto San Martino Pinario are just so cozy and inviting. The hardwood floors give them a warm and rustic feel, and the fact that they are heated makes them super comfortable. I love having a desk in the room for working or writing postcards, and the wardrobe is perfect for keeping all my stuff organized. Plus, the free toiletries and hair dryer in the bathroom are a nice touch. the rooms have a charming and homey vibe that makes me feel relaxed and at ease.

I have to admit, the only thing I wasn't too thrilled about was the shower in the private bathroom. It was a bit small for my liking.

As a tourist exploring the charming old part of Santiago, Pension Con Encanto provided the perfect location and easy access to all the attractions, bars, and restaurants. Despite its central location, the room was remarkably quiet and comfortable. The welcoming and helpful landlady, Estella, even greeted us with coffee and biscuits upon arrival. The room itself was clean, modern, and felt like a home away from home. The close proximity to the cathedral and other sites made it convenient for sightseeing.

I had a wonderful stay at this charming pension in a great location. The double bed was lovely and comfortable, and the room had everything I needed, including free shampoo, soap, and towels. The long mirror in the room was a nice touch, and the staff were extremely helpful. Plus, being right next to the Cathedral was a fantastic bonus.

While the overall experience was excellent, I did encounter a few minor issues. The bathroom had a problem with water from the shower flooding the floor every time I used it, which was a bit inconvenient.
